圆型曲奇

如果有人问我, 在制做面包,饼干和蛋糕三样之中, 那一项是本人比较喜欢的?
我的选择会是饼干, 因为我本身觉得学习制做饼干最容易上手。
就像上图的圆型曲奇是最容易做的了。

它的做法很简单:

1.首先将牛油(125g)和糖粉(60g)放入搅拌器打至松发,才加入一粒蛋黄和瓦尼拉香精  
   (1/2tsp)拌匀,之后倒入杏仁粉(60g),粟粉(20g)以及面粉(190g)混合成团。

2.接下来便是用手拿取一小部份面团搓圆,如想要有点花纹,便用叉子在上面按一按
   出线条来, 然后排在铺了蛋糕纸的烘盘里,以180C度烘15-20分钟或 熟就可以了。

如果孩子也一起参与当中的制做过成,不但能提升亲子关系,也能促进孩子们对烘焙
的兴趣呢。
当然之后的清理工作也会比较多呀!!!

wei u been baking a lot. Why not open biz and sell cakes and cookies online?

say delivery around KL and PJ area cukup lo.

yap, i make one.
main main baking sendiri makan ok lah ,yr idea is good but sell? i think nobody willing to buy one, because takut taste and look no good.
somemore i haven't attend any of
the baking course not dare to open biz lah.
what is yr friend website?
