煎哆布丁 (Cendol Pudding)

最近天气炎热,吃点煎哆布丁吧。
材料(A):
1)燕菜粉10g,白糖120g,清水500ml
2)淡奶100ml,椰浆100ml
3)煎哆1碗和粟粉1tbsp(溶入1tbsp水)


将材料(A)的(1)料煮滚,加入(2)料拌匀,再加入粟粉浆,熄火搅均匀。
倒入9"圆形模内,放入煎哆。
准备材料(B):
1)燕菜粉10g,清水200ml,黄糖100g
2)椰浆100ml,淡奶100ml
3)蛋黄1粒

凝固后用牙签或尖的东西将表面刮花

接着将材料(B)的(1)料煮滚,加入(2)料,最后加入蛋黄搅匀。
然后淋在第一层布丁上,待凝固后放进冰箱。

颜色好美,甜度刚刚好,不会很甜,可切出32块来享用。

I was attracted to this as it's so pretty. My gf passed me her recipe but I haven't got time to try it and I've long forgotten about this. Thanks for the reminder. Your chendol agar agar looks yummy.
