四季豆苗炒菇类豆芽

我一向来炒四季豆苗都会跟猪肉与猪肝一块儿炒。
但是最今比较喜欢配搭雜菇而不放肉类了。

今天上午煮“唯一麵”时剩下了少许豆芽,
于是当准备晚餐时,便灵机一动将剩余的豆芽也拌入四季豆苗和白玉菇一起炒咯。
出乎意料!竟然它们的味道好搭配哟!Yummm!

这道菜很简单。只须要爆香蒜茸,放入四季豆苗和白玉菇炒一回儿,
放少许盐跟蚝油再加点水,最后才加入豆芽炒一下即可上碟。

No wonder lah. I read Pete's blog also found out most of his posts are refering restaurants in Taipan.
