鲜奶燉蛋 (Fresh Milk Steamed Eggs)

记得小时候,妈妈有时临睡觉前会弄燉蛋这种甜品给我们吃。
虽然只是水,蛋和糖,但是都相当的嫩滑和香甜。
突然间怀念起吃燉蛋的滋味,所以今早起床后便第一时间去准备。


冰箱里取出了喝剩了的鲜奶,倆粒鸡蛋和白糖。
先将鸡蛋打散在大碗里,加入鲜奶和糖搅拌均匀。


用筛子将蛋液混合料给筛过后道入吃饭碗内。


接着用aluminium foil将碗口盖好,用中火蒸约15分钟至成固体形状即可。


哎呀!我做的燉蛋吃下去时,真像在吃pudding一样,有点太老了。
我想应该是鲜奶放太少,所以不像外面吃的那样滑嫩。
下次一定要做成功!

it looks good. I think you should only use egg white and not the whole egg.
