蛋花汤麵线 (Mee Shua in Egg Soup )

平时周日我都习惯地煮点麵食当午餐。
这次的蛋花汤麵线也是我其中简易便当之一。
所需基本材料:鸡蛋,鸡汤,老姜茸和麵线。

                 1.麵线放入沸水中煮熟,盛起用清水冲洗,放入碗里备用。
2.烧热麻油,炒香姜茸,注入鸡汤煮沸,然后加点盐。
                3.把鸡蛋打入汤内打散,等蛋花熟了,便淋在麵线里食用。      
                4.也可以如图加点鱼丸。                                                            
                                          配上葱花和葱头蒜茸油会更加地美味呢。


 
如果不喜欢鱼丸,可改放蛤蜊(lala)
味道一样Ichiban 哟!

Gua tak tau oh, may be you try kari mee first and let us know later. I think also taste good .

oh, my favourite mee sua. I cook this alot at home for my children. I introduce mee sua to my children when they were 4 months old.
