萍果番茄汁 (Apple Tomato Juice)

红色蔬果可以提高心脏之气,可补血,生血,活血。
番茄中的茄红素可以提升免疫力,
抗老化和预防心血管疾病。
喝这道萍果番茄汁有助于降低胆固醇。
味道还算不错。
如果要好喝一点,可以加入蜂蜜或lemon juice一大匙。

做法:将萍果和番茄去皮切丁与冷水50ml放入果汁机,
打成汁即可。

不太敢喝番茄汁哦.. 但是今天午餐就喝了杯蠻健康的青蘋果+青瓜+薄荷, 不錯哦..

Most importantly, my kids like. Also, I like to mix red and green apples when make juice :-)
