牛油蛋糕与巧克力 (Butter Cake With Chocolate)

好神奇哟!我也不清楚为何那巧克力会"跑"到中间去的呢?!
其实我先将original的牛油面糊倒入7寸方型模里,
再将另半份的面糊加进可可粉拌匀,
然后才倒在original面糊上的,不是应当brown colour会在上层的吗?!


中间有裂痕,幸好不是拿去卖的,
要不然谁肯买呀!这样丑!
吃进口里,味道还OK啦!牛油蛋糕味囖!
