鸡包 (Chicken Bao)

咳!今天我5.10a.m.大清早便起床来弄这4份“包”做早餐咯。
你们肯定会说我“太儍”了吧!买就是了!
但是我有时就是如此的“儍”呀!:D


先是准备“麵种”用一小碗道入30g的温水,
加入1tsp instant yeast置10分种,
然后加入3tbsp麵粉弄成糊,
盖好待发30分钟(如上图)。



这碗鸡肉丁和香肠是我昨晚预先煮好了放冰箱的。

香肠只是稍微煎一下。
鸡肉丁加点芫茜,黑酱油,蚝油,胡椒粉和麻油煮熟。



用料:100g 蛋糕粉,50g麵粉,1tsp白醋,50g幼塘和1tsp双倍发粉
(或150g包粉来代替以上所写的粉)

“麵种”发好后倒入以上用料拌成团,
然后加点白油搓滑和不沾手。
用布盖着待发30分钟。

过后将面团分为4份,包入馅料,打摺收口,
以油纸垫底,再用布盖着醒10分钟。
便可以用大火蒸10分钟即可。


这些已是蒸好了的“鸡包”和“香肠包”咯。

我以前在外國讀書的時候忽然有一天很想吃包, 結果自己用了麵粉來做, 哈哈, 當然沒有像你的那樣好吃, 但是還可以頂一下癮~~ :D

Looks really nice. I dunno how to make paos...and somebody told me once that you cannot tell people you are making...or tak jadi in the end. Old wives' tale, I guess. LOL!!!

Ya, someone also said cannot tell people or say bad thing when making red wine or ginger wine, or else it also tak jadi.
