蒜茸面包 (Garlic Bread)

最近发觉自己好像爱上了做面包。
几乎天天都在吃亲手做的面包。
昨天又是做面包!好可怕呀!
好吧吃厌了,下次改吃蛋糕好了。
无论如何,也得介绍一下这次的“蒜茸面包”给大家过目。


                                         在炉里烘着的时候那阵烤香了的蒜茸味道,
                                         真的好香好香唷!

                                         它的味道真像Pizza Hut 里卖的蒜茸面包一模一样呢!


                                         白白软软地面包,带着香香的蒜茸味,
                                         吃了一条好想再多吃一条呢!

共做了4条蒜茸面包,4条香肠面包以及2粒tuna面包。
它们就是我家人今天跟明天的早餐囖。

蒜茸馅料:牛油100g,蒜茸5瓣切碎,
芫茜切碎1/2tbsp,盐1/4tsp

将馅料搅拌混匀备用。

每份面团卷成长条壮,再让它们发酵45分种或双倍大。
涂上蛋液后用刀在面团上轻轻地切开放上蒜茸馅。

放入预热烘炉,以180C烘15-20分钟即可。

Yes it's true, a lot of work! Especially when come to the cleaning work.I hate washing!
