芒果芝士挞 (Mango Cheese Tarts)

星期日那天做的蛋挞还有剩下半份饼团,
所以昨天便用来做这个芒果芝士挞咯。

刚好我买的芒果相当的甜很适合做挞吃。

先准备饼皮挞(pastry),做法请查阅http://hellowaikitt.blogspot.com/2010/10/egg-tarts.html

芝士馅料:
80gCream Cheese,1/3杯糖粉,1/2杯芒果肉丁,1/2杯淡奶以及1tbsp lemon juice.

将所有的馅料放入搅拌机里搅拌均匀。
将馅料慢慢地倒满烘好了的饼皮挞内,放进冰箱1-2小时便可吃了。

如果要芝士馅料吃起来比较有点结实,
可以选用鲜奶油(UHT Whipping  Cream)来代替淡奶。

最近天气真热,吃点冰凉的芝士挞也算不错的选择哟。
