红豆沙面包 (Red Bean Paste Bun)

上个星期日做了10个红豆沙面包。
到了今天早上 终于将吃剩的2个给送进肚子了。


面团做法请参考这里
“汤种”做法:将25g的高筋面粉加水125ml拌匀,
然后用小慢火边煮边搅成糊壮即可熄火,
待冷放入冰箱隔天使用。
做好的面团分割每份大约60g,包入红豆沙,
杆扁成oval shape,用刮刀在面团上轻轻刮几条线(如上图)

然后将面团反另外一面,将它卷起成swiss roll syle。
用布盖好待发至双倍大,表面涂上蛋液。
放进预热烤箱以180C烤20分钟至金黄色即可。



这些就是当天新鲜出炉的“红豆沙面包”咯!


样子是不是有点像“毛毛虫”呢?
