甜蕃薯馒头 (Sweet Potatoes Mantou)

许久以前"星洲日报"有报道一篇教导如何自己制做馒头的食譜。
当时的我剪下了那一篇文章收藏起来,到现在才想起要做做看。

                                         首先需要预备这碗东西(材料A)。
                                         将30g的温水加入幼塘20g和酵母1 1/2tsp拌均匀,
                                         用保鲜纸或湿布盖着待发酵30分钟。
      
                                        可是我的已经发酵了2个小时多才有空去做。

                                         期间把日本紫色甜蕃薯(400g)去皮切块,拿去蒸孰,
                                         乘热将它们给搓烂备用。

                                        报章的是:蕃薯50g和芋头50g
                                          准备材料(B)低筋面粉或包粉400g,幼糖100g,
                                          白油30g,双倍发粉1tsp,水60-80g。

                                          报章的是:包粉200g,幼糖60g,白油20g

                                         将材料(A)加入(B)用手搓成粗团,加进蕃薯泥 ,
                                         搓团再加白油把面团搓滑。
                                        
                                         报章的是:将面团分俩份,分别加入蕃薯泥和芋头泥,
                                         然后将芋头面团包在蕃薯面团里面。

                                         将面团分割成每粒50g (我做了共22粒)。
                                         将面团杆扁后在上面轻轻划几条线,但别划断。
                                         然后用手把面团扭转成花卷。

                                         可是我作的花卷太丑陋了。
                                         让它发20分钟或双倍大。
                                        
                              
每个花卷底部垫一张油纸,
用大火蒸8至10分钟即可。
趁热吃好软哟,的确好吃!

多馀的可以存放在冰箱一个星期,
要吃时只需取出蒸热就可食用了。

"Avatar",but i already long time keep the disc but not watch yet...
don't ask why,because i also don't know why...
