白果腐竹意米糖水

周末通常我都不选择煮饭吃。
因为我比较喜欢在周末时吃点炒粉配糖水来当晚餐的。
很久很久没吃过“白果腐竹意米糖水”了,
所以上个星期六便煮了这道糖水配炒寿面吃。

顾名思义,煮这道糖水当然就是需要以下材料咯:
白果,腐竹,意米和冰糖。

1.将白果剥壳,切半,“心”给拿掉。
2.腐煮要买煮糖水用途的那一种。
用水冲洗,撕一片片备用。
3.镬里放入半包意米粒,开大火煲滚,加入白果。
4.差不多要好时加入腐竹和冰糖,试味。
5.最后打入一粒鸡蛋液搅一下即可。(也可不放,随君喜欢)

My kids also don't eat the barli but drink the tong shui only.

One of favourite but not easy to find those quick melting beancurd sheets these days! This kind of barley drinks not so popular at the Southern part of M'sia.
