叉烧包 (Char Siu Bao)

真希望Kristy 就住在隔壁,那么我便可以和她交换叉烧酥来吃了 :)
真巧她做叉烧,我刚好也做叉烧;只是她的是酥,我的是包而已.


但是我的并不是蒸的包,而是烘的餐包。
馅料好像少了些,对吗?
它们是属于mini size的,所以难于包得多馅料了。

以下是叉烧的做法:
1.叉烧切丁。准备葱头茸。
2.调味料:海鲜酱,蚝油,生粉水和糖。
3.爆香葱头茸放入叉烧兜抄。
4.然后放调味料拌匀,盛碗备用。

以下是汤种的做法:
1.隔天前(12小时前)准备"汤种"。
2.高筋面粉25g加入水125ml调均匀,以小火边搅边煮成面糊。
3.待冷用保鲜膜盖好放冰箱最少12小时,隔天解冻后使用。

以下是面团的做法:
材料:
高筋面粉300g,幼糖50g,幼盐1/2tsp,instant yeast 1 1/2tsp,
奶粉1tbsp,牛油40g和水适量,还有鸡蛋一粒打散。

将面团分割18份(约每份30g),包入叉烧馅。
共做了9份mini size叉烧包。


   

还有9份mini size 红豆沙包。

烘的叉燒包, 其實就是不是餐包呢?? 看起來很好吃的樣子囉~~

compete with the high class bakery shops oh! Theirs are too far better than mine.

这是真的属于餐包呀,因为是面包质地,而不是那种puff式的.

I agreed with you, really sometimes i also lazy to cook not only for this but for lunch or dinner meal.
