烧卖与虾饺(Dim Sum)

现在的点心餐馆越开越多,
证明了许多人喜欢吃点心,
当然我也不例外。

今早让家人做做“白老鼠”,
试一试无牌点心师父做出来的点心如何。


每一份都包入整只marinated了的中虾。




虽然是比外面卖的 比较大,但是皮厚了一点吧。
好像是包水饺一样,太不像样了。


这个更加好笑,皮太厚了,应当再捍薄一些。


幸好烧卖的皮不用自做,买现成的云吞皮就可以了。
包入marinated了的半肥瘦猪肉碎就是了。
我知道包得好难看是吗?
以我如此的手艺,肯定无点心师父肯受我为徒了。


刚刚蒸好了的烧卖和虾饺!有谁敢试吃呀?

Sweet little homemade dim sum....can see visit you for Yum char already!

Yum Char no problem,but you must bring along plastic bag, not for da bao but for vomit oh!
