迷你批萨 (Mini Pizza)

今天早餐大家吃得丰富吗?
我和家人今天吃Pizza!
听起来好像会吃得相当饱似的。
然而并非如此,因为那片pizza只有大约3寸阔,皮又薄。
每人才吃一片而已,哎!这做的人要拿去打了*PIAK PIAK!!*

4份迷你批萨的材料有:
(A)
75g bread flour
1/2tsp castor sugar
1/4tsp salt
some water
1tbsp olive oil/corn oil

(B)
2pcs chicken ham (cut cube)
2pcs chicken sausage (cut into small piece)
chilli sauce
some cheddar cheese
orange peeled and cut into cube



将材料(A)除油外拌成团,然后才涂油。
用保鲜膜盖着让它醒30分钟,便可用了。
我并没有立刻用,而是放进冰柜里隔天早上才放馅料。

将面团分4份,搓圆捍扁,涂辣椒酱。


摆上一些chicken ham。


和排好香肠。


再撒些cheddar cheese在表面。


以200C预热烘炉烤15分钟。
在中间摆上2块橙肉即可开动了。

That reminds me I have not made pizza for quite a while...yours look yummy, great for packing for office lunch:D

Ideal for office teatime, but lunch would be too little. Hope you don't diet too much oh.

pizza蠻容易做的, 不過我就沒有自己做餅皮啦, 隨便拿一塊麵包, 上面鋪滿cheese和材料去烤箱一烘, 就搞定囉~~ :)
