香橙杏仁杯子蛋糕 (Orange Zest Almond Flake Cupcakes)

这个蛋糕其实与我之前的香橙牛油蛋糕做法有点像似。
不同之处在于将面糊舀入纸杯而已。


 (Recipe adapted from Cupcakes-Y3K Publisher with some minor changes)
材料:
(A)
100g butter
75g icing sugar
2eggs grade B (beaten)

(B)
1tbsp fresh orang juice
1tsp grated orange zest
30g almond powder
100g plain flour
2tsp baking powder

(C)
some almond flakes
8pcs paper cups (2.2" X 1.5")



做法:
1.将牛油和糖粉搅打至幼滑,加入蛋液。
2.拌入(B)料拌匀
3.将(2)舀入纸杯至2/3份满,表面放些杏仁片。
4.放入烘炉以180C烘15-20分钟至熟。
