红豆沙馒头 (Red Bean Paste mantou)

我一定要尽快将那剩余的红豆沙给快快finish掉,
不然我怕它会发霉。
所以今次用它来做馒头的馅。

这是我用以做4个medium size的馒头的材料:
(A)
50g cake flour
50g plain flour
1/2tsp vinegar
1/2tsp double action baking powder
 20g castor sugar

(B)

1/2tsp instant yeast
30g warm water
2tbsp plain flour

(C)
 some warm water


做法:
1.将1/2tsp instant yeast 加入30g温水,待发10分钟。
2.加2tbsp plain flour拌成糊壮,再待发30分钟。
3.然后将(A)料拌匀,加进(2)和少许温水搓成团。


将面团分割4份,搓圆包入少许红豆沙。
再捍扁成椭圆型,用刮刀在面皮上刮几条线(如上图)。


然后扭转和折叠起来。放在油纸上,用布盖着待发30分钟。


拿去大火蒸10分钟即可。

呵呵, 除了做紅豆沙饅頭, 還可以做豆沙包嘛~~ 雖然好像同樣, 但是形狀不同, 名字不同哦~~ :D
