蒸糯米饭(Steamed Glutinous Rice)

糯米饭的做法比糯米鸡的做法更加简便。
材料也是大同小异。

材料(A):
鸡肉腿去骨切小块
腊肠切片
冬菇切丁
一些虾米

将虾米爆香,加入其余的(A)料兜炒,
放调味料(蚝油,黑酱油,盐,糖,麻油和胡椒粉)
盛碗备用。

糯米需要事前浸泡水至过夜,
然后将水倒掉,
加入调味料和煮好了的材料(A)一起拌匀,
倒入热水至盖过米,
以大火蒸45分钟即可。

吃的时候可以随意加些花生和葱花,
沾点辣椒酱一起吃会好吃一点。

u been ijok to eat the beggar rice? Next time try and masak that. Same thing. Put chic/pork, mushroom, dried oyster and salted egg yolks. Delicious

Waikitt...what a coincident we are cooking glutinous rice lol! I was thinking of cooking this at first but my boys said they wanted loh mai kai, so I cooked that instead....next I am going to try this:D
