炒白粿

我人生第一次吃白粿的时候,
是我第一次在家公家婆的家里过年时。
这道食物是跟家婆学来的。


我家婆通常都会用这些罐头小蛤蛎来炒粉或炒麵吃。
好好吃的呢!

首先要将白粿用水给浸泡一整夜,
然后烧热一镬水加点油,放入白粿稍微煮一下,
捞起备用。

热油镬,爆香葱头(shallot)片,
打入一粒鸡蛋炒开和香味出来,再加入小蛤蛎,
倒入白粿,小心翻炒,因为它们会很容易烂。

加调味料(盐,蚝油和酱油),
如果喜欢也可像我一样放进菜心拌炒,即可上碟了。

可惜我的功力不及家婆,
因为她炒得比较干和带有应有的香气。

如次的做法运用于炒米粉和老鼠粉也相当好吃!

好期待回去过年时又可以吃到家婆亲手炒的粉呢 !

My unforgettable encounter during my first ever trip to Kajang when a friend asked me wanna eat 炒白粿 *checked with dictionary for the meaning hehe* and I answered "that sounds cool have not tried any fried ginko before why not". Oh oh how wrong could I be, anyway I liked it so much am lovin' i炒白粿 haha. Though I may not read Chinese but they say a picture paints a 1001 words Xiexie. Weeweechu a Merry Xmas!

Hey Wai Kitt...here in Klang in some restaurants they make this their signature dish, and they add thick soya sauce, very nice! Yours also looks so delicious with so much lala:D

I had once ate at Kepong,they fried this with thick soya sauce as you mentioned ,i like the taste too.

現在在外面很少可以吃到炒白粿了, 你炒的是白色的, 我平時吃的都是炒得好像福建麵那樣黑黑的..
