莲藕花生汤 (Lotus Root with Peanuts Soup)

我本身蛮喜欢喝莲藕汤,
许多时候都会褒莲藕汤。
只是款式换换而已。
有时是莲藕配红豆;
有时是莲藕配粉葛;
或者是这款莲藕配花生。

不知道你们的莲藕汤是甚么材料的呢?
我用的材料是:
莲藕,花生,红枣,干蚝和鸡胸肉


偶尔也会以鸡脚或半只黑鸡来代替鸡胸肉。

剩下的莲藕还可以作为第二天的菜肴呢。
既是将莲藕与猪肉碎加点蚝油,黑酱油和盐拌炒,
又是一道可拌饭吃的菜,
并且不浪费食物。
我想如果再加点冬菇也许会更加的美味。

I think the google has translated it as "fried" instead of "cooked".
Actually i just cook the lotus roots with minced pork,should add some chilli padi which i had omitted here.
