芦荟燉雪耳糖水(Steamed Aloe Vera with White Fungus Sweet Soup)

最近妈妈的一位朋友给了我几棵老芦荟,
还教我用来燉糖水吃。
所以便试办吧。

将芦荟去皮切块。


也将雪耳浸水待发,然后撕开小片。



预备一个燉盅,放进芦荟与雪耳,
再加入一些红枣,蜜枣和桂圆,
然后加满热水,盖好。
拿去燉3-4小时,
要吃时可加少许蜂蜜调味。


我觉得芦荟本身带有一点点怪味,
不知道该如何形容。
糖水的味道还算不错。

要是你们家里有老芦荟,
不要浪费啊,也试燉来吃掉吧。

Wow, looks really delicious! There's no aloe vera available at the market place here. Because most of the residents here plant their own. And wishing you & yours a Happy New Year too! It's going to be another hectic week since school going to reopen on Monday. Not forgetting the Chinese New Year just one month away. lol! ha... Oh boy! Hope you're enjoying the evening.

You r right,I'm going to be really busy through out this month. A lot of house chores,cleaning,baking for preparation of Chinese New Year and fetch my boy to and back school as a routine everyday.
