X.O.虾米炒猪肠粉(2nd version)

这是我第二回用X.O.虾米炒猪肠粉。
只是今次加多几样东西而已。

我用的材料有:
猪肠粉5条(2人份)(切大约1寸长)
胡箩卜(切丝)
韭菜(切段)
鸡胸肉(剁碎)
X.O.虾米



做法:
1.热油放入鸡肉碎炒,加入胡箩卜和韭菜拌炒。
2.掏大约3或4汤匙的X.O.虾米兜炒片刻。
3.加进猪肠粉拌匀即可上蝶了。

这就是今天的午餐咯。

明天是12月份里的头一个星期六,
很快就要过完2010年的啦!

我在香港吃過他們的豉油皇炒腸粉, 真的很好吃!! 你這個還要用XO醬來做, 肯定是更加的美味了~~
