羊角豆拌皮蛋

又是一道简易又好吃爽口的采肴。
也是家婆口头传授的呢。


材料只有:一些羊角豆(斜切薄片),皮蛋一粒(切丁),盐

做法:
1.热油,放进羊角豆兜炒片刻,加少许盐调味。
2.熄火,倒入皮蛋块拌匀即可上碟了。

是不是超容易呢?

Normally cook this veg with curry, esp fish head curry.

Love them boiled and goes well with sambal haha. That even more easy haha. tQ

Another unusual combination, i usually cook with sambal belacan and dried shrimps or throw into curries like Pete said.

I love this but unfortunately not my kids. Esp love them in curry fish head, they literally melt in your mouth!

皮蛋我喜歡, 但是羊角豆我就不吃的, 因為感覺吃下去喉嚨黏黏的, 不舒服~~

Different people,different taste. Like some people don't eat durian,they say durian busuk.
