乌达煎蛋 (Fried Otak-Otak With Eggs)

麻坡(Muar)很出名乌达(otak-otak)。
现在很方便连这里的菜市场都有兜售。
有时我也会买一盒蒸来拌饭吃,
通常我选的是鲛鱼制成的,
因为觉得鱼肉比虾肉的好吃一点。


这一次想要突破,不要老是用“蒸”的,
所以来个“煎”的吧!

超容易!首先把otak-otak放入平底镬,
然后用汤匙将它给弄小小块散布在整个镬,
开火倒入食油,将它煎一下。

接着慢慢地倒进4粒已经打散了的蛋液,
用小火将它门煎熟如上图(半途要反面再煎)。



然后便可随自己喜欢将它分成小块盛蝶即可了。

otak煎蛋??!! 哈哈, 我從來沒有把這兩樣東西聯想在一起囉, 不過想一想, 他們的texture其實也蠻配合的吧??
