其實我蠻喜歡伊麵的, 尤其那些有獻汁的, 把麵炆到入味完全吸收獻汁的味道, 真的很好吃.. :)
Noodles looked nice but removing crabs shell posed a challenge would be nicer if its de-shelled already haha..
Bananaz,Hahaha!I know too!But i purposely not to de-shell the crabs so that my hubby will do this for me,when i need to eat mah!:D

Wai Kitt, I realise too that you have not been baking bread much lately. I still remember all the professional looking buns that you used to make especially the red beans ones. This noodle dish looks delicious with lots of egg gravy and seafood. Yum!
